Applications and information about the UPK lottery for the 2024-25 school year is now available.
For full information please visit the Townsend Elementary section of the Walton CSD website (https://www.waltoncsd.org/o/tes). Once there, click the menu in the upper right and you will be able to see all the links for the UPK lotto information.

NOTICE: The Walton Central School District is dismissing early on Tuesday January 9.
The elementary school will release at 12:30 p.m.
The middle/high school will release at 12:45 p.m.
There is no afternoon BOCES for Walton students. All after-school activities are postponed/canceled.

The winter season is upon us and the temperatures are dropping. Please dress your child appropriately for the season. Our students are going outside for recess and need to have a coat, hat, gloves and boots. Please make sure your child is dressed according to the weather conditions. If they do not have these items, they will be asked to stay inside. Please reach out to our main office with any questions you may have regarding this matter.
REMINDER: Walton CSD's winter concerts are set to begin this week!
- Townsend Elementary: 6 p.m. Wednesday, December 6
- Mack Middle School: 7 p.m. Thursday, December 14
- O'Neill High School: 7 p.m. Wednesday, December 20
All concerts are held at the high school auditorium, and are free and open to the public!

Visitors will have a chance to tour the area of the school that was recently renovated for the first phase of the floor project. That includes rooms and the corridor on the second floor.
