Walton CSD valedictorian and salutatorian for the Class of 2025

The Walton Central School District has announced its valedictorian and salutatorian, as well as the honor graduates, for the Class of 2025.

 

The valedictorian is Aurora Siniscalchi and the salutatorian is Addyson Trimbell. Each is scheduled to speak during the annual graduation ceremony, which is set for June 28.

 

Valedictorian

 

Active in multiple clubs within the school, Siniscalchi serves as president of the National Honor Society, Drama Club, and speech and debate. She’s also the vice president in GSA, FBLA, and the Class of 2025. Beyond that, she also is part of the book club, and was captain of cheerleading. Outside of school, she’s also been active in 4H.

 

Siniscalchi, who attended Girl’s State in 2024, has been on the Superintendent’s List throughout her high school years. She was also the recipient of the Dr. Currie Marr ADK Teen Workshop Scholarship.

 

Following high school, she plans to attend college and major in biochemistry on the pre-med track.

 

Siniscalchi is the daughter of Gerardo and Christina Siniscalchi.

 

Salutatorian

 

Trimbell has set herself apart not just in the classroom, but on the fields.

 

A two-year captain on the field hockey team, Trimbell serves as the president of the Varsity Club. She’s also the secretary of the National Honor Society, Yearbook Club, Class of 2025, and FBLA. Trimbell is also active in the Travel Club, and is on the Student Services Advisory Council, and a member of the Southern Tier Field Hockey Club.

 

She has been consistently on the Superintendent’s List, and has earned NYSPHSAA scholar-athlete honors in four seasons. She was also the MAC scholar-athlete, which is the highest GPA on a given team, in 2023 and 2024 for field hockey. Academically, Trimbell has earned scholastic achievement recognition in AP biology, forensics, psychology, anatomy and physiology, chemistry, global I, Spanish II, Spanish III, studio art, and physical education.

 

After school, Trimbell plans to attend D’Youville University to major in exercise and sports studies, and eventually obtain a doctorate in physical therapy. She will also be playing Division II field hockey.

 

She is the daughter of Chad and Karena Trimbell.
