The Walton Central School District athletic department will be using FinalForms to allow parents to complete and sign athletic participation forms.
FinalForms saves data from season to season, meaning information will not have to be entered twice. The service also pre-populates information, wherever possible. You may review your data at any time for verification.
The district is asking all parents of student-athletes to use FinalForms.
